The Cathedral makes a splendid venue for weddings. The building itself is spectacular, with an aisle made for processions, and the ceremony will be accompanied by the full majesty of a great organ.
There is an officially approved list of wedding music, and there is normally an evening when couples intending to marry in the Cathedral can hear the music and hymns from which they can choose.
